Working with Tim is truly the best experience!  I happened to work with Tim via a refinance back in 2016.  The experience went so well that I have since worked with time on 4 additional home finance transactions (purchase of 3 homes and 1 Refi) with Tim.  Tim makes the process so easy.  I love Tim's sense of humor and how he brings his flare to every transaction.  I also love how honest Tim is.  Tim is super transparent with all costs throughout  the entire process.  And the best part, we somehow always seem to get some sort of credit one all is said and done...BIG PLUS!  For me personally, I would never work with anyone else.
